North Springs Resources Corp. (NSRS) is a Reno, Nevada based Mining Corporation who focuses on the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resources and precious metal properties.

NSRS currently owns two United States properties located in Nevada and Arizona. NSRS’s 180 acre-Arizona property, Goldstar, has provided proven high grade quartz veins of 9,000 feet with an estimated 350,000 ounces of gold that calculates to over $577 million, given a $1,651.25 gold price per ounce and may be the largest gold mine in the history of Arizona. NSRS’s second U.S property, Imperial Gold and Silver, was a previously gold and silver producing property in the 1930’s that stretches an approximate 480 acres; NSRS is currently doing the appropriate exploration to withdraw the estimated 50,000 ounces of gold that was never withdrawn in the past.

NSRS’s international properties, Kabouri Gold Mining Area, in Guyana, South America are in the final stages of possible acquisition of the 1,000 mile long gold producing band. Similarly, NSRS has recently signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a gold property in Ghana, Africa, situated on the world known Ashanti Gold Belt, that is located less than a mile away from a gold property producing over 175,000 ounces and grosses revenue of over $280 million per year! As a result, NSRS has received funding from Norman Cay Development Inc, pending a complete acquisition, to thoroughly explore and develop the Edum Banso Gold Project that is fully surrounded by over 100 million ounces of gold.
