Company History
The Company was incorporated in Nevada in March 1994. Between 1994 and 1996 the Company was engaged in the sale of laser-adjusted magnifying head gear for surgeons.
Between 1996 and 1998 the Company had mining claims in several countries, including the United States, Canada and Indonesia.
Since 1998 the Company, although on a limited basis, has been involved in the exploration of mining properties in Nova Scotia and Nevada, diamond properties in Alberta and oil and natural gas properties in Canada and the United States.
In May 2006 the Company invested $250,000 into a three well program in Texas with Sunray Oil Company, Inc. In June of 2006 a Civil Action was commenced against an entity with directors in common with Sunray by the U.S. Securities Commission and the SEC won the action and a Federal Court appointed Receiver took control of Sunray’s assets. Sunray’s officers were accused of multiple violations concerning the other company but had used some of that company’s funds in Sunray’s business giving the SEC jurisdiction over Sunray in this matter.
The Receiver has received approval to sell substantially all of Sunray’s assets on 15 January 2008. The Receiver anticipates that proceeds from the sale of assets may be available for distribution to investors in Spring 2008. A CPA firm has been retained as accountants for the Receiver to assist in identifying and reconciling their accounts.
As of February 2008 the Company has moved forward with a Spring Water opportunity sourced in Quebec and sold in Quebec for now with a view to marketing in Canada, the USA and worldwide as it makes sense to do so.
