The next step is to acquire the funds that you will need to invest. Major traders will risk hundreds of thousands of dollars in a day. You may not be in this league. However, you should know that you would need thousands of dollars to make any sort of worthwhile investment. It would not be wise to begin stock investment in earnest until you have tens of thousands of dollars ready to invest in a variety of financial instruments.
