BLUU (Blue Water Global Group, Inc.)

Blue Water Global Group Inc. (BLUU) is a U.S based company currently focusing on developing a chain of casual dining restaurants in popular tourist destinations in the Caribbean islands under the brand name, Blue Water Bar & Grill.

The island of St. Maarten, Dutch West Indies, will be the home of the company’s first restaurant that will feature a large and covered outside patio area where customers will dine with a waterfront view. The Caribbean themed restaurant and patio will also feature an island styled walk up and/or swim up bar with a stage for live musical performances and a small stage of live musical performances. With such concept, it is BLUU’s intent to expand its restaurant chain to the islands of Barbados, Aruba, Cozumel, Mexico, Grand Cayman Islands, and Nassau, Bahamas within the next five years.  As so, the company has Secured a $5 million Financing Agreement with Dutchess Capital that will assist BLUU in securing the targeted restaurant expansion locations.

Currently, the company is considering Two Beachfront Restaurant Locations in St. Marteen that will seat approximately 100 -150 and is estimated to have a grand opening, just in time for the island’s high season, in Q4 2014. In the meantime, BLUU has begun another project with the creation of its Privately Labeled Rums, a pending agreement for a distillery in the West Indies, and has enlisted the assistance of a well-known New York Art Director who has previously worked with Red Bull, Johnson-Johnson, Reebok, and many more, Andreas Karlsson, to design the company’s high-end luxury spirit bottle.
