(EVSV) is a Florida based corporation who specializes in providing year round property maintenance services including lawn and landscaping care, pool maintenance, air conditioning and refrigeration installation and repairs, and pest control in warm climate states in the U.S.

Aimed to building a strong portfolio of commercial and residential property maintenance service companies, EVSV is targeting highly profitable companies to place under their corporate umbrella that will assist in the company’s mission to secure contracts with hospitals and medical complexes, apartment and condominium complexes, office buildings, and convenience store chains.

Currently, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, X-Terminate, is successfully operating in Tampa, Florida as a full service pest control, doing business as Pestmaster, with Territory Rights and is in the Final Negotiations for Franchise Expansion. However, its largest accomplishment is  EVSV’s successful bee and wasp eradication Government Contract Bid and Win for U.S. Veteran facilities in St. Petersburg, Florida. Additionally, the company has submitted a Second Government Contract Bid to service the veteran hospital adjacent from the University of South Florida in addition to the $300,000 contract it already holds to service the hospital’s annexes. Furthermore, EVSV has Secured its Largest Multi-Location Termite Contract which is paving the way for additional contracts by the same client.
