Upon Recent Completion of a Corporate Reorganization and Name Change,   IALS seeks to acquire a new technology platform that will become the foundation for the company’s three complimentary business units:

  • Technology Company – offering travel technology software in a cloud application
  • Travel Operations Company – operate travel business for other entities across the globe
  • Contracting Company – market and sale turnkey travel benefits program to affinity groups



The company recently announced an Agreement to Acquire a leader in the leisure travel technology sector, Tech 7 Systems Inc., with a large customer base in U.S, Europe, Canada and South Africa. Such company has installed its software system in over 200+ travel companies since its inception in 1983 and has now generate over $700,000 in revenue in 2012.

Similarly, IALS also Announced a Second Acquistion to acquire a leader in the private label travel technology sector, Travel Time Technologies Inc., who is a preferred partner with Hyatt, Starwood, Hilton, and Riu Hotels as well Delta, United and Hawaiian Airlines.


Appointment of New CEO

Newly Appointed CEO Richard Dickieson has a long and established career in the travel industry where he has previously served as:

  • President of Private Label Travel/International Travel Brands where he led the operation of a $30 million multi-brand tour company
  • Vice President of a $300 million publicly traded company, Systems Development for Class Vacations Group, and led an evaluation project to select and implement a new enterprise system



  • Online Travel represents a third of total travel market worldwide
  • According to industry experts, the travel industry is currently experiencing a technology renaissance
  • According to the, direct spending by U.S resident and international travels averaged $2.3 billion a day in 2012; equating to $97.6 million per hour, $1.6 million a minute and $27,125 a second
  • International Tourist arrivals totaled 1.035 billion in 2012
  • 1 out of 8 jobs in the U.S depend on Travel and Tourism
  • According to analytics firm Jupiter Research, 70 million consumers booked their travel online
