SRBCF is the Hot Penny Stock you were waiting for!

Sirona Biochem (OTC: SRBCF / TSX-V: SBM) is a 2009 founded Biotech corporation that is focused on improving the chemical composition of the carbohydrate molecule.  Carbohydrates, in simpler terms – sugar molecules, perform various functions essential for survival.  In addition to it’s main function of providing living organisms with energy, there are many other valuable commercial applications for carbohydrates.

SRBCF has a 3-industry focus for their improved carbohydrate molecules: Therapeutics, Cosmeceuticals, and Biological Ingredients.  The advantages of SRBCF‘s modified ‘carbs’ within each industry can be found in the chart below:

SRBCF will continue to develop it’s proprietary flourination-optimized carbohydrates technology in 2012.  Their stabilized version of the carbohydrate molecule will be applied to Diabetes and Cancer treatments, Cosmetic and Anti-aging formulas, as well as cell preservation and an inducer for Human Growth Hormone.

In fairly recent news, SRBCF has announced that the President of the company, Mark Senner, has reliquished his title. The company followed up with additional news 3-weeks ago, that Dr. Howard Verrico will step up as CEO, with assistance from Sean Cunliffe, as the new CBO (Chief Business Officer).

Sirona Biochem has been available for trading in the TSX-V for sometime now under the ticker: SBM.  More recently, it has become available for sale in the OTC (Grey Market) under the symbol SRBCF.
